5338 UV resin as oligomer and active diluent, reasonable
Product Details
Description:
As one type of polyester acrylate oligomers, our 5338 performs superior features in high color dispersion and fluidity with low viscosity and good value. In various industries, like UV ink, UV varnish and UV offset printing ink, the application of 5338 will enhance product function and production efficiency.
Merit of good dispersion
Enhanced color uniformity, the pigment is uniformly spread in the resin to prevent color spots or color differences caused by aggregation, especially in high-precision printing (such as labels, packaging), which can appear more delicate color transitions.
Optimized optical performance, evenly dispersed pigments can reflect/absorb light more efficiently, enhance color saturation and hiding power, and reduce gloss loss caused by scattering.
Inkjet printing stability, avoids pigment precipitation to clogging the nozzle, decreases the frequency of equipment maintenance, and is appropriate for high-resolution inkjet printing (such as ceramics and textile printing).
Long-term storage reliability, reduces the risk of stratification or agglomeration, extends the shelf life of color inks, and reduces batch quality problems caused by precipitation.
Merit of good fluidity
Thin layer coating capability, low viscosity resin can generate uniform thin coating (such as micron-level thickness), saving material cost and improving light transmittance, suitable for optical film, electronic screen protection layer, etc.
Optimization of curing efficiency and energy consumption, good fluidity ensures uniform penetration of UV light, shortens curing dead corners, reduces curing time (such as from seconds to milliseconds), and is suitable for high-speed roll-to-roll production lines.
Adaptability to complex structures, in 3D printing, fluidity ensures that the resin accurately fills the mold details, reduces interior layer defects, and improves the molding accuracy of tiny structures (such as dental models and precision parts).
Improved surface quality, reduces defects such as orange peel and bubbles caused by flow resistance, suitable for high-gloss automotive coatings or mirror-effect packaging.
Comprehensive benefits
Cost control, reduce pigment usage (due to efficient dispersion), reduce scrap rate (fluidity reduces coating defects), and increase production line speed (fast curing).
Environmental compliance, UV curing does not require solvent evaporation, complies with VOC emission regulations, and its low energy consumption characteristics are in line with carbon neutrality goals.
Process flexibility, adapt to a variety of substrates (plastics, metals, glass) and processes (spraying, screen printing, 3D printing), and expand application scenarios (such as flexible electronics and medical devices).
